Account or audit questions

Email from the address associated with your account. Include your website URL, the audit date or report identifier, what you expected and any error shown. Do not send passwords, payment card details or provider keys. Your saved reports remain available after cancellation or when you have no credits.

Billing and cancellation

Open Plans & credits to check your balance, refresh payment status, change your plan for the next billing period or open Stripe’s portal for invoices, payment methods and cancellation. If a plan change is scheduled, remove that change first to enable cancellation in the portal. Subscriptions cancel at period end; monthly credits expire with their original billing period.

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit returns are separate: cancellation before any provider dispatch, or a terminal audit with no usable AI answers, returns the audit credit to its original grant and expiration. Partial audits with usable answers use one credit.

An uncertain request

If starting an audit or recheck times out, retry the same unchanged request. AnyGrowth keeps its request identity to check the original outcome without charging twice. For an uncertain billing change, use “Retry this action” and wait for confirmation before choosing a different change. If the issue persists, contact us with the error and approximate time.

Reading your results

AI answers and recommendations are samples and may be incomplete or wrong. Inspect the evidence and limitations in each report. AnyGrowth does not guarantee citations, rankings, traffic or business results.
