Information we process

We process your account identity and verified email status; website URLs, business details, competitors and questions you submit; and the public pages, AI answer samples, citations, corrections, action statuses and reports collected or created for your audits. We store audit progress, provider usage and operational error information so work can resume and problems can be investigated.

Billing records include your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, invoice-related credit grants, credit debits and returns. We keep a fingerprint of the verified email used for a welcome credit to prevent duplicate signup grants. Stripe hosts payment entry and billing management; payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than our audit database.

How data flows through the service

Clerk handles account authentication and email verification. Stripe handles hosted checkout, subscriptions, payments, invoices and the customer portal. The application and audit database are hosted on Railway.

Firecrawl receives public website URLs to crawl or read pages, including your website, competitors and cited sources. DataForSEO receives your selected questions to collect ChatGPT Search and Google AI Mode answer samples; it also receives your website URL for Google keyword estimates. OpenAI receives business details, questions and selected public page and answer evidence for business analysis, question suggestions and recommendation generation and review. The information sent varies with the work you request. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use this information to run your requested audits, save private reports, maintain account ownership and credits, process subscriptions, prevent duplicate or unauthorized spending and provide support. Your audit reports are associated with your account and are not published as part of the anonymous sample workspace.

Browser storage and saved work

The app uses browser storage for your workspace preference and sample action statuses. Session storage keeps setup drafts and audit request identities so navigation or an uncertain network response can be retried safely. Clerk and Stripe may use cookies or browser storage for authentication and payment flows.

Saved reports remain accessible when a subscription is canceled or credits reach zero. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or reports. We retain data needed to provide saved work, operate the service and maintain billing, credit and abuse-prevention records. We do not promise an automatic deletion date. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some billing or abuse-prevention records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You can edit business details and questions before an audit, correct brand matches in saved evidence and cancel future provider work. Requests already dispatched may still finish. Avoid putting sensitive or private information into business details or questions. Contact hello@anysoft.ai with account or data requests, using your account email so we can verify the request.
